Assistant Treasurer of the Society of the Cincinnati in New Jersey 1947-1949, Treasurer 1949-1955 and Vice-President 1955-1963. Born in Trenton, NJ on 1 Dec 1886 and died in New Hope, PA in Apr 1969. Served in the 203rd Tank Corps in France in 1918 in World War I. Princeton graduate 1909. Married 2nd Lytie K. on 15 Nov 1913.
