Son of propositus Lewis Ford Dunham. Born in New Brunswick, NJ on 30 Jan 1784 and died on 2 Apr 1859. Place of death unknown. Served as Major and Surgeon in the US Regiment of Light Dragoons in 1808 and transferred to the Light Artillery on 17 May 1815. War of 1812. Resigned 21 Sep 1819. [Sources: ; (66); (98); (C).]
