Great grandson of propositus Luther Halsey. Born in Swedesboro, NJ on 8 Jan 1860 and died in Swedesboro, NJ on 24 May 1940. During World War I served in the Selective Service Board giving medical examinations. Lafayette College graduate. Pennsylvania College of Dental Surgery graduate 1881. Member of the Council of Swedesboro, NJfor eight years. Member and President of the Swedesboro Board of Health for eight years. Member of the Sons of the Revolution.
