Great grandson of propositus Jonathan Forman. Born in Utica, NY on 8 Jan 1844 and died in Utica, NY on 21 Feb 1907. Known as Junior, but actually the nephew of Governor Horatio Seymour. Elected New York State Engineer and Surveyor 1877-1879 and 1879-1881. Had a career in the West but returned to New York after 20 years. Yale AB Degree 1867 and MA Degree 1869.
