Suspended from the NJ Society roll 5 Jul 1799 to 4 Jul 1802 erroneously because of the behavior of the other Captain Nathaniel Leonard, who was never a member of the society. Born near Trenton, NJ on 10 Dec 1748 and died near Newcastle, Henry County, IN on 13 Oct 1824. Enlisted in the NJ Continental Line 5 Nov 1775. Commissioned 17 Apr 1776.
