Born 17 Apr 1916 and died 25 Nov 1964 in Millville, NJ along with his two-year-old daughter Gwendolyn and two of his household employees when the single-engine airplane he was piloting crashed at Millville Municipal Airport during a rainstorm. Served as 2nd Lieutenant in the Field Artillery Reserve Aug 1939. Active duty as 2nd Lieutenant in the Field Artillery NY National Guard Jan 1941. Discharged as Captain US Air Force Feb 1946.
